1. File your claim

Sign into your My Say account and head on over to the claims section to file your claim. Or you can give us a call at 1-800-225-5729.

2. Adjuster assigned

Your adjuster will look into your claim and call you to assess the details. You will find their contact information in your My Say account. Quick communication can help speed up the process.

3. Estimate & rental

You can get an estimate at any time, but be sure to talk to your adjuster before completing any repairs. They will be able to confirm if the estimate and rental will be covered.

4. Finish your claim!

After our team has verified the details of your claim, your adjuster will walk you through the payment process for any repairs or medical costs.

What you’ll need:

  • Contact information from everyone involved

  • A list of any injuries

  • When and where it happened

  • Photos of the scene (you can take them yourself or an adjuster will do it for you)

  • Police report number (if you reached out to the police)
